**Summary** Overall responsibility for the performance \& strategic direction of the business, driving a high\-performing One Arch culture while maintaining full P\&L accountability. This role leads all aspects of operations, including Safety, Production, Maintenance, Quality \& Regulatory Assurance, Engineering, Human Resources, \& Supply Chain, while developing \& executing business strategies that deliver operational excellence, financial results, workforce engagement, \& continuous improvement.
