Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing full\-cycle Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R), and reconciling accounts, you will work closely with leadership to ensure our books stay spotless. This is a **hybrid part\-time role (\~20 hours per week)** that offers remote work flexibility with the requirement to attend periodic in\-person meetings and team huddles at our North Attleboro location. **What You’ll Be Doing:** * **QuickBooks Master:** Manage day\-to\-day accounting transactions, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and financial record\-keeping within QuickBooks Online. * **Accounts Payable (A/P):** Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders, verify approvals, prepare weekly payment runs, and maintain positive vendor relationships. * **Accounts Receivable (A/R):** Mo...
