**Position Overview** The Reveille Foundation is seeking a hands\-on Controller to lead and own the organization’s accounting and financial management function. The Controller will be responsible for the full accounting cycle, financial reporting, grant and program accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, payroll oversight, internal controls, and coordination of the organization’s broader financial and administrative processes. This is an operating role, not a review\-only position. The Controller will remain directly involved in day\-to\-day accounting while also providing the judgment, structure, and financial leadership necessary to maintain accurate records, meet grant and reporting requirements, support organizational decision\-making, and ensure consistent financial discipline across the organization.
