This position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting timely financial reporting, and helping ensure the integrity of the general ledger. The Senior Accountant prepares reconciliations and journal entries, supports month\-end and year\-end close, maintains fixed asset accounting, and analyzes financial activity. Working closely with Finance and teams throughout the Zoo, this role helps strengthen accounting processes, maintain effective internal controls, support audits, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
