**SUMMARY OF JOB** ================== **Grand Prix Plaza, home of the Formula 1 Heineken Las Vegas Grand Prix,** is a world\-class entertainment and event destination spanning approximately 39 acres in the heart of the Las Vegas Grand Prix circuit. The 300,000\-square\-foot facility features immersive Formula 1 attractions, premium hospitality experiences, event and meeting venues, retail, food and beverage offerings, and year\-round activations that attract guests from across the globe. The **Operations Manager** is responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of Grand Prix Plaza through the hands\-on management and execution of facility maintenance, site operations, event operations, and operational readiness efforts. This role combines leadership and direct operational involvement, overseeing frontline teams, contractors, and vendors while actively supporting inspections, maintenance activities, event execution, venue transitions, and problem resolution.
