**Senior Accountant** **Location:** San Diego, CA **Work Arrangement:** Onsite; 5 days per week **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced and detail\-oriented **Senior Accountant** to join our growing biotech organization in San Diego. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in public accounting, preferably with **Big 4 experience**, combined with hands\-on experience in the **biotechnology or life sciences industry**. This is a hands\-on role with broad exposure across accounting and finance, combining strong technical accounting skills with operational ownership and cross\-functional collaboration. This role will be responsible for supporting the month\-end and year\-end close processes, preparing and analyzing financial information, maintaining accurate accounting records, and partnering cross\-functionally to support the company's financial reporting and operational objectives.
