Immediate Supervisor: **Brand \& Content Manager** **POSITION OVERVIEW:** The **Digital Marketing Specialist** is a member of the Ministry Advancement department within the Marketing Team, working to expand ICM's online presence, strengthen audience engagement, and increase regular and recurring giving. With a full\-funnel approach to digital marketing, this role leverages analytics, digital strategy, paid media, platform management and content creation to guide audiences from awareness to donor commitment.
