**Plant Operations \& Facility Systems** * Coordinate and monitor facility infrastructure and utility systems including: 1\. Air Conditioning and HVAC systems 2\. Steams Systems 3\. Boilers 4\. Medical Oxygen systems 5\. Instrumentation and Procedure Equipment * Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and follow\-up activities * Identify and communicate facility issues requiring corrective action * Assist in maintaining operational readiness of equipment and systems **Maintenance Coordination** * Serve as the primary point of contact for maintenance\-related activities. * Coordinate repair requests and work orders with internal staff and external service providers * Work closely with Lillibridge and other contracted vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects and repairs. * Track maintenance activities and maintain documentation of completed work. **Coordinate and oversee supply ordering for all departments throughout the facility** * Maintain appropriate inventory levels for routine supplies, specialty items, implants, and physician preference items * Establish, monitor, and adjust par levels based on case volume, utilization trends, and operational needs * P...
