We are looking for a **Senior Tax Accountant** to join our team! This position works closely with internal and external clientele to build and execute sustainable tax strategies, and assist with internal and client based tax risk management. As part of the tax team, the **Senior Tax Accountant** is responsible for the preparation of complex tax returns and the quality control review of other tax preparers returns including corporate, partnership, individual, trusts, and estate. The ideal candidate understands both business and personal tax returns. You would be handling quality control review, client meetings, and prepare 100\+ tax returns per year. ***Job Description*** * Responsible for managing and ensuring company’s tax policies and internal control procedures are following relevant tax codes on local, state, and federal levels. * Ensures top quality client service and oversees total engagement activity. * Research complex tax issues using internal revenue code, treasury regulations and other relevant authorities/guidance. * Perform technical tax review of assigned tax returns of varying complexity. * Interact directly with clients, managing questions, planning, consulting, etc...
