**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Operational Leadership: + Provide strategic direction and leadership to service center to ensure consistent and efficient operations. + Develop and implement operational plans, policies, and procedures to optimize production output, quality, and cost\-effectiveness. + Monitor plant performance metrics, analyze data, and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. + Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of operations across sites. * Safety Leadership: + Provide visible leadership and accountability for maintaining a safe work environment and fostering a strong safety culture throughout the service center. + Ensure compliance with company safety policies, critical safety rules, OSHA requirements, and all applicable safety regulations. + Monitor safety performance and ensure incidents, near misses, hazards, and unsafe conditions are investigated and effective corrective actions are implemented. + Hold leaders and associates accountable for safe work practices, required training, and timely completion of safety\-related corrective actions. * Team Management: + Lead and manag...
