**Job Summary** We’re looking for a highly organized, detail\-focused person to keep our orders moving from checkout to delivery. You’ll be the link between our customers, our vendors, and our shipping carriers, making sure every order is placed correctly, shipped on time, and that customers are taken care of along the way. **Responsibilities** * **Place orders with our vendors (primary responsibility).** Turn customer orders into accurate vendor purchase orders, checking product specs, sizes, graphics, quantities, and ship dates. * **Create shipping labels (primary responsibility).** Prepare accurate labels and shipping paperwork for outgoing orders. * Schedule freight, UPS, and FedEx pickups. * Pack and ship small orders (under 5 lbs). * Help customers by live chat, phone, and email with questions, order updates, and issues. * Work with the team to keep orders on track and fix problems quickly. **Requirements** * **Extremely detail\-oriented.** Every order has many moving parts, and small mistakes can be costly.
