**Job Duties:** The Contracts and Compliance Senior Manager leads the full lifecycle management of government contracts and grants and supports business compliance with all applicable federal regulations, including FAR, DFARS, and GSA requirements, including administration of the firm’s GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract and OASIS\+ and other governmentwide acquisition contract (GWAC)/IDIQ vehicles,, and state and local regulations in coordination with the organization’s Office of the General Counsel (“OGC”), as appropriate. This role supports contract and grant vehicle evaluation, pursuit strategy and submission requirements coordinates with OGC for legal review of NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts, and provides business\-facing review, issue identification, and operational input on proposal requirements and contract terms, escalating legal questions, legal risk determinations, and requests for legal advice to the organizations legal department as needed.
