**Job Summary:** **What You'll Do:** This position plays a key role in supporting design, multimedia, and packaging initiatives across all company brands. The role is responsible for creating marketing materials, digital assets, photography, video content, and packaging artwork that support brand and business objectives. Utilizing Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant technologies, the Design \& Marketing Specialist will help ensure consistent branding and the successful execution of marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** **Design Responsibilities (50% of duties)** * Manage graphic design projects across a variety of mediums including sell sheets, catalogs, brochures, magazine ads, tradeshow graphics, presentations, digital advertising, website graphics, social media content, and other promotional materials. * Create visual assets for product launches, marketing campaigns, and corporate initiatives. * Art direct and participate in photography and video shoots, creating visual assets for use across marketing channels through planning, production, proofing, editing, and asset management. * Support brand management efforts by main...
