The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices and have worked in a small business environment where you are required to wear multiple hats and sometimes build the plan as you fly it. Audit experience and/or CPA would be ideal. We are also looking for someone who is comfortable client facing and with management experience to oversee a team of remote bookkeepers.
