The CoCreate Group is seeking motivated sales representatives to introduce small and medium\-sized businesses to practical AI education, business automation, digital systems, and managed AI services. We are a nonprofit organization whose mission includes providing businesses with **FREE practical training across today's leading AI models and tools**. Businesses that want help beyond training can hire The CoCreate Group to design, install, integrate, optimize, and manage their business systems. This is a **100% commission\-based sales position with no base salary**. Compensation Representatives earn: NEW CLIENTS **20% commission on qualifying collected revenue from every new client.** Close **4 new businesses within the same sales week**, and the **first qualifying new\-client sale of that week pays 25% instead of 20%.** CLIENT RENEWALS Representatives earn a **10% recurring commission on qualifying annual renewal revenue from clients they originally acquired**, subject to the representative compensation agreement.
