**The Opportunity:** -------------------- The Customer Service Specialist, Mining supports customer accounts within the Mining business by coordinating order processing, production documentation, shipping activities, inventory needs, and related administrative support. This role partners with customers and internal production, distribution, and project teams to help ensure orders are processed accurately, customer requirements are addressed, and products are delivered in a timely manner. The position also maintains accurate records and provides day\-to\-day support for assigned customer accounts. **WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR** * 1\-3 years Customer Service experience * High school diploma or GED required. * Experience with SAP, C4C is preferred. * Previous customer service, order management, administrative, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred. * Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. * Effective written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational and attention\-to\-detail skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines. * Strong customer\-serv...
