Glacé is a petite dessert truck with a growing calendar. We're testing a permanent spot in DC while we keep doing pop\-ups, festivals, and private events, and we need someone to make every day run smoothly, from a truck that's ready on time to a clean close at night. **About Glacé** Glacé is a woman\-owned, DC\-based dessert truck serving artisan shaved ice and seasonal desserts from a sedan\-sized kei truck.. People come for the desserts and remember the truck. We're a small team building this alongside our day jobs, so you'll work directly with the owners and have a real say in how things run. **About the role** You'll be the person who owns the day to day. A year in, every event runs off a checklist you helped build: the truck is stocked and ready, the team knows where to be, organizers trust us, and we know which events are worth our time. **What you'll do** * Get the truck ready before each event: stocking, equipment checks, cleaning, loading, and a packing checklist that keeps us from forgetting anything. * Drive the truck to and from events, load and unload equipment, and set up on site. * Run inventory: track stock in our spreadsheets, build restock lists, and order and pic...
