**Position Description** ------------------------ This is a non\-civil service position announcement. The Choose How You Move (CHYM) Procurement Manager is a member of the Mayor’s Office CHYM team, and provides strategic procurement direction leading to the administration, and competitive selection of proposers for different contract delivery types and scopes of service and activities. The CHYM Procurement Manager works in accordance with applicable federal, state, and municipal regulations and rules, while ensuring application of industry best practices, to ensure the consistency, reliability, and security of the delivery of project procurements within CHYM. The types of procurement contracts may include: Public Private Partnerships (P3\), Design\-Build, Progressive Design\-Build, Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC), Indefinite Design/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), or other methodologies as deemed ideal to deliver the strategic direction and vision of the program.
