**Job Summary** In the role of an Accountant, you will be responsible for applying your expertise in accounting principles, GAAP and financial concepts to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. **Responsibilities** Management of financial transactions for multiple entities: * Manage all accounting transactions * Assist with accounts payable and payroll functions * Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information * Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings * Assist in the reconciliaiton of all accounts payable and receivable * Complete monthly bank reconciliations * Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements * Comply with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions * Answer accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations * Audit financial transacitons and documents * Ensure audit compliance for client payables transactions, as applicable * Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with customers, both internal and e...
