ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Involvement in the installation of new manufacturing equipment and work closely with equipment suppliers, installation teams and TSAM R\&D to successfully transition production to full utilization and maturation. * Liaise with equipment suppliers for problem resolution, etc. * Examine manufacturing processes, drive and facilitate improvements (kaizen) of workflow, working with other departments in order to innovate data driven improvement projects related to quality, productivity and other management index analysis and use sustainable solutions to improve product output and quality as well as reduce costs. * Understand and efficiently identify current process limitations, perform root cause and propose creative solutions for path forward under mi...
