The Branch Operations Manager is the leader of all operational elements of a newly formed branch. Primary functions of scheduling crews, coordinating equipment allocations, materials, and logistics, maintaining production standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations all fall within this leadership positions’ scope. The Operations Manager is responsible for leading day\-to\-day business operations, improving processes, and ensuring teams, resources, and systems work together efficiently to achieve organizational goals. This role drives operational excellence by managing performance, controlling costs, supporting cross\-functional coordination while promoting continuous improvement across the business. Preferred candidates will have years of management experience in green industry or service\-based environments.
