Discover your next opportunity with us! **Work Hours:** Monday \- Friday **Primary Location:** San Diego (In Office, potential for Hybrid) **Salary:** $58 – 60k annually **Who You Are** You’re an experienced, people\-focused HR professional who thrives in a hands\-on, fast\-paced environment and enjoys supporting employees throughout the employee lifecycle. You bring 2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, along with 2–4 years of recruitment and leave of absence (LOA) experience. You’re organized, detail\-oriented, approachable, and comfortable balancing competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. You enjoy partnering with employees and managers, navigating HR processes, and finding practical solutions to everyday workplace needs. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, and SHRM certification is preferred.
