Plumbing Sales and Service Specialist **Valley Plumbing \| West Jordan Utah \| Full time \| 100 percent commission** A great day in this role starts in a customer’s home: you listen, diagnose the plumbing issue, explain the options clearly, and earn the work. You then set our installers up to deliver a great result. Your sales can keep an established install team busy and help create the demand to grow it. This is a field role for a service plumber who likes people as much as plumbing. You will sell larger projects for our installers, but still can execute smaller, time\-sensitive tasks as necessary. What you will do: * Run service calls, diagnose problems, and build rapport with homeowners. * Offer honest, understandable options and sell plumbing projects that fit the customer’s needs. * Hand off sold projects with clear notes and expectations so our installers can do their best work. * Complete appropriate small service and repair work yourself, safely and professionally. * Keep accurate customer, estimate, and job information in ServiceTitan; work closely with the service and install teams.
