PharmaPoint is looking for an experienced pharmacy technician ready to move beyond the counter and into pharmacy operations. As Pharmacy Operations Specialist, you’ll work directly with our SVP of Pharmacy Operations to run, launch and improve the pharmacies we manage for hospitals and health systems. That covers staffing, compliance and inventory, pharmacy A/R reconciliation and related tasks. You’ll also connect pharmacy and technology, helping our product team turn real pharmacy workflows into features and reporting in our XchangePoint platform. **Duties will include**: * Support day\-to\-day management of client pharmacies, including staffing, compliance and inventory * Help open new pharmacies, from setup and workflow design through go\-live * Work with our pharmacy, technology and client teams to implement and improve meds\-to\-beds programs * Fit pharmacy services into hospital clinical workflows using proven best practices * Analyze pharmacy workflow, data and processes, and recommend improvements * Translate pharmacy processes and key metrics into requirements for our technology and reporting teams * Train and communicate with client pharmacy staff on best practices, goals...
