**OTE: $165,000 – $190,000 (Base $95,000 – $115,000 \+ Commission)** **Job Summary** Witron is hiring a quota\-carrying Commercial Vertical Sales Manager to develop new business across warehouse, multifamily, and multi\-site retail customers. You will own outbound prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, POC conversion, proposals, negotiation, close, payment follow\-through, and account expansion. This is a hands\-on, new\-logo sales role. The right candidate can build pipeline independently, sell AI security operations to both business and technical stakeholders, and turn a successful first site into a larger multi\-location deployment. **What You Will Do** * Build target account lists and generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, referrals, events, integrators, and channel relationships. * Develop new business with warehouse operators, property management companies, multifamily owners, regional retail chains, and other multi\-site commercial accounts. * Lead discovery with operations, security, loss prevention, facilities, property management, IT, finance, procurement, and executive stakeholders. * Present AI video analytics, natural language video search, alerts, ...
