**About the role** We're hiring one person to own content and social media across a portfolio of four brands spanning three worlds: beauty manufacturing, consumer products, and a local restaurant group. The manufacturing anchor is **KO\-Pack**, a USDA Organic certified personal care contract manufacturer in Chandler. You’ll meet the rest of the portfolio during the interview process. On the manufacturing side, you get something most content people never get: a working factory floor as your set. Tanks, filling lines, and real product being made every day — full access, no begging a client for two hours of shoot time. On the restaurant side, you get food, locations, and a local audience. The range is the job. This is a build role. There's no content machine to inherit — you create the system and then you run it. **What you'll do** * Build the foundation: brand voice guides, a content calendar for each brand, a batch\-shoot process, and an organized asset library * Shoot and edit short\-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
