**Role Overview:** Provides physical therapy treatment programs across all age groups, from neonatal to geriatric, following accepted practices. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. **Key Responsibilities:** * Designs and executes patient\-specific treatment plans. * Works closely with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care. * Maintains accurate documentation of patient progress and treatments. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * **Education:** Requires a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (post\-2015\) or equivalent. * **Experience:** Relevant clinical experience preferred, with specific years and types of experience adaptable. * **Licensure \& Certifications:** Must be a licensed physical therapist, hold a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and obtain required licensures within 90 days. **Key Requirements:** * Required education and licensure as specified. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to develop effective treatment strategies for diverse patient populations.
