Description: This is an in\-person position, located in Aurora, IL. * Monitor and manage incoming email traffic, prioritizing urgent operational and customer needs * Identify customer exceptions and ensure accurate, timely updates in TMW * Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve service issues and prevent repeat exceptions * Negotiate rates with outside carriers and brokers to ensure freight is moved profitably for VIM * Coordinate with export brokers to obtain and submit required documentation for international shipments * Monitor, review, and take action on internal scale tickets to ensure accuracy and compliance * Draft and develop next\-day plans for company drivers to support efficient routing and utilization * Maintain accurate operational data to support reporting, billing, and decision\-making * Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and leadership to support overall service and cost objectives Requirements: * 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in time\-sensitive situations * High attention to detail ...
