Office of Food and Nutrition Services Summary Plans, develops, and implements a training and staff development program for all Food and Nutrition Services staff for Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) following industry\-standard best practices to assure quality food service, food safety, and customer service; plans, develops, and implements a marketing plan for Food and Nutrition Services programming to promote Food and Nutrition Services mission; provides nutrition/wellness educational programs to staff and students to promote nutrition food education and healthy food choices. Qualifications ### **Required** * Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in food service management, marketing, training, project management, nutrition, or a related field. * Two (2\) years of experience in food service management, training, instructing, or classroom teaching, one (1\) year of which shall have been in developing and implementing employee training programs, with some experience in a lead or supervisory role. + Advanced degree(s) beyond the minimum degree requirement in a relevant field may be considered for some experience. * ServSafe Manager Certifica...
