**Overview** Lead Commercial HVAC construction projects from planning through closeout, coordinating teams, schedules, budgets, and compliance. You’ll use construction management software and clear communication to keep work organized and aligned with project plans. Your impact: By coordinating schedules, costs, and field teams, you help deliver reliable HVAC systems while giving clients and project partners clear, timely updates. Duties * Manage assigned commercial HVAC projects from award through completion and closeout. * Review contracts, project scope, mechanical drawings, specifications, schedules, submittals, revisions, and project requirements. * Maintain communication with GC project managers and superintendents, field foremen, subcontractors, vendors, and the home office. * Attend required project and progress meetings and maintain written correspondence documenting items that may affect project cost, schedule, scope, or quality. * Plan and coordinate day\-to\-day project activities, manpower needs, field priorities, material deliveries, equipment installation, and project milestones. * Prepare, submit, and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, purchase orders, subcontra...
