Compensation: $150,000 to $200,000 base \+ up to $150,000 annual bonus tied to lead\-volume goals **About JVM Lending** JVM Lending is a Bay Area tech\-forward, exceptionally AI\-centric, mortgage company with a nimble, fast\-moving team. No committees and no layers of approval. If we like an idea on Monday, it can be live on Tuesday. We generate about 325 organic online leads a month, plus a similar number of Realtor referral, finance flyer, and paid search leads. **The Role** You'll run all of JVM's marketing: strategy, tech, content, campaigns, analytics, and the team that executes it. You'll manage your own team and report directly to the owner. If you're currently a \#2 and ready to run an entire program, we want to talk to you. **The Goal** Grow online leads from 325 to 1,250\+ a month while keeping lead quality the same. Today, about 10% of our online leads become pre\-approved borrowers. That rate needs to hold as volume grows.
