The Factory Scheduling and Reporting Integration Manager is responsible for leading a team of engineers that oversees the day\-to\-day execution of factory scheduling, dispatching, and work\-in\-process (WIP) optimization within Wolfspeed’s Mohawk Valley Fab. Reporting to the Operations Director, this role serves as a critical link between production, engineering, and manufacturing leadership to ensure factory priorities are translated into effective execution plans that optimize cycle time, output, and equipment utilization. The manager will drive short\-term factory scheduling strategies, establish dispatching priorities, and ensure resources are aligned to meet operational objectives in a dynamic manufacturing environment. In addition to ownership of factory scheduling and dispatching, this position is responsible for factory reporting.
