**Job Summary** We are seeking a competent, experienced and hardened sales professional. They should be a detail\-oriented Masonry Construction Sales Estimator to join our established sales team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates for masonry construction projects, primarily for high end custom home builds for General Contractors that we have worked with for many years and also for individual homeowners, we do very little commercial projects. This position requires a strong skill set in interacting with clients, customer service and project familiarty to interact with our construction delivery team, manage multiple bids, and to meet your minimum sales targets. The ideal candidate is competent, has a proven track record of construction sales. Enjoys working on their job and performing their duties well. Compensation is heavily weighted to sales performance. It is great position for someone who is self motivated, enjoys sales and construction and is driven to make their minimum production targets.
