The Specialist, Technical Operations role supports media operations, content preparation, and distribution activities for internal and external stakeholders across productions, marketing, communications, technical and events teams. Responsibilities include processing work orders, organizing media assets, supporting content delivery through approved platforms, assisting users with technical requests, and maintaining accurate operational records.
