The TikTok Shop Coordinator provides key operational, administrative, and sourcing support for the brand’s TikTok Shop affiliate program. Working closely with the Influencer \& Affiliate Manager, this role helps identify promising creators, coordinates sample shipments, tracks creator content, and assists with day\-to\-day administrative tasks in the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center. By handling routine workflows and logistical tasks, the Coordinator assists the broader team in maintaining an active network of brand partners.#### **Primary Responsibilities** * Talent Discovery Support: Assist in researching and identifying brand\-aligned micro\-creators on TikTok using hashtags, platform trends, and the TikTok Shop Creator Marketplace. * Outreach Assistance: Support the team by conducting initial creator outreach and sending out collaboration invites through the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center. * Sample Fulfillment \& Logistics: Help place, track, and monitor creator sample orders to ensure products arrive in a timely manner. * PR Mailer Assembly: Join the team in physically packing, assembling, and organizing monthly PR packages, custom seeding kits, and product inventory. * Affiliate \&...
