Description

The Maintenance Manager is based at the Palatka production facility and is responsible for the upkeep, safety, and operational reliability of that site’s production equipment and building systems. The primary focus of the role is hands\-on, real\-time response at Palatka: immediate diagnosis and repair across approximately 15 production machines so that downtime is kept to a minimum. This is a floor\-based working role, not a desk or dispatch position. Each of the other Florida production sites continues to staff its own Maintenance Technicians, who remain responsible for routine maintenance and first\-line repairs at their own location. Beyond Palatka, the Maintenance Manager sets maintenance standards and procedures for Florida production, trains and develops site technicians, serves as the escalation point for issues that exceed site technician scope, and travels to other Florida sites as needed to support major repairs, installations, and capital projects.
