Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. **About the role** ------------------ We are seeking a Finance \& Strategy partner focused on Public Benefit and Public Policy, working closely with our Global Affairs and Public Benefit teams. You will be the finance lead for how Anthropic plans, funds, and reports its giving and policy work: a category of spend that spans grants, philanthropy, direct programs, and policy engagement around the world. Anthropic is setting the standard for what a public benefit corporation can be at a scale no one has attempted before. This is a build role. The budgets, funding structures, and reporting are still being designed, and you will shape them with the leaders who run this work and with partners in Legal, Tax, Corp Development and Accounting.
