**Position Summary:** Kraus is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Lead to establish, mature, and own the company’s supply chain planning capability as the business continues to scale. This role will create a single, data\-driven demand signal across Sales, Product, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations, improving forecast accountability, inventory planning, and cross\-functional decision\-making. The right individual will lead key processes and collaborate with stakeholders at Kraus and Delta to optimize working capital, customer service and operational costs The ideal candidate is a builder and player\-coach: strategic enough to design the process, governance, and executive rhythm, but hands\-on enough to manage forecasting, analytics, assumptions, and planning outputs.
