**Position Summary** The Warehouse Supervisor position for Receiving and Inbound Operations is responsible for establishing and maintaining successful operations of an assigned area, department, or shift of the warehouse/distribution center. It ensures that the department has adequate staffing, proper training, the needed tools and resources, standards of productivity, safety and sanitation, proper procedures of selecting/staging/receiving/loading, and quality that will meet customer/agency demands for accurate, quality, on\-time deliveries. **Specific Departmental Duties:** Schedule: 11am \- 7:30pm Department: Receiving/Inbound – This supervisor will oversee the receivers and put\-away teams in the warehouse inbound operation. They will be responsible for researching and resolving any weight discrepancies discovered by shopping, receiving errors discovered by inventory, or general donation issues from donors.
