Description: The Site Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational performance, profitability, safety, customer service, and team development of the distribution center or nursery location. This position provides direct leadership to site employees and is accountable for ensuring efficient operations, exceptional customer experiences, inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and achievement of business objectives. While responsibilities may be delegated to members of the management team, the Site Manager retains ultimate accountability for all site operations, employee performance, safety standards, and financial results. ### **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** #### **Leadership \& Team Development** * Recruit, hire, develop, coach, and retain a high\-performing team in partnership with Human Resources. * Provide day\-to\-day leadership, direction, and performance management to all site employees. * Mentor and develop Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Management Trainees to prepare them for future leadership opportunities. * Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, engagement, and continuous improvement. * Ensure compliance with company polici...
