**POSITION/JOB SUMMARY:** * The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing high\-quality, patient\-centered care in a rural, critical access setting. The RN will work within an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for patients across the lifespan. This position requires strong clinical skills, the ability to handle a variety of patient conditions, and the flexibility to work in a fast\-paced, resource\-limited environment typical of a critical access hospital. **Shift Differentials:** Night: $3\.50/hr Weekend: $2\.50/hr **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** * **Patient Care:** * + Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and injections as directed by healthcare providers. + Monitor patient vital signs, assess conditions, and report changes to the provider. + Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding. + Provide wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, intravenous monitoring, and other basic medical treatments. + Collect specimens for lab tests and perform basic lab testing as needed. * **Collaboration and Communication:** * + Communicate patient concerns and progress to the healthcare team to ensure appropriat...
