**Position Title:****Mill Controller****Pay Rate** : $137,400\-$183,200 *Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.***Category/Shift** : Salaried Full\-Time **Physical Location** : 601 County Rd 78 Selma, Al The Controller plans, develops, organizes and administers the financial operating policy, procedures, internal controls and other financial activities of the Riverdale Mill. This position acts as the financial advisor and participates in the general management of the mill by adding the pursuit and achievement of mill, business group, and corporate goals and objectives. The Mill Controller directs the financial functions at the mill with additional assistance to the Purchasing department. This position is also responsible for the safekeeping and protection of all assets and interests of the company, including real and personal property and related administrative functions, i.e. legal contracts and agreements, insurance coverage and claims.
