Description: KONG Company is seeking a detail\-oriented and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance \& Accounting team. This role tracks expenditures against budget, monitors general ledger account performance, and reconciles variances, while leading budgeting, P\&L and cash flow forecasting, and financial modeling efforts that deliver actionable insights to business leaders. The Senior Financial Analyst conducts financial research, analyzes performance against objectives, identifies emerging trends, and partners closely with the accounting department, including support for month\-end and quarter\-end close. **Essential Duties \& Responsibilities** * Lead the preparation of annual budgets, monthly and/or quarterly forecasts, and long\-range financial plans in partnership with the VP of Finance and other department leaders. * Track expenditures against budget, monitor general ledger account performance versus budget, and reconcile variances. * Analyze monthly financial results, identifying key drivers of variance versus budget and forecast, and communicate findings to leadership. * Conduct financial research, analyze financial performance against objectives, and deter...
