**POSITION SUMMARY** The Contracts Specialist administers government and commercial agreements for ReadyOne Industries and ROICOM USA from pre\-award review through performance, modification, and closeout. The position interprets contractual and regulatory requirements, evaluates pricing and performance risks, coordinates compliant execution across departments, and serves as a principal contact with contracting officers, SourceAmerica, prime contractors, and commercial customers.
