**DESCRIPTION** --------------- The World Wide Grocery Private Brands team is looking for a Packaging Manager to join our team. This role serves as the technical owner and packaging authority for a set of categories within our PB business. In this role, you will own the end\-to\-end packaging strategy for your categories across both Amazon and Whole Foods Market (WFM) branded products, with limited guidance. You will be the end\-to\-end packaging owner for your assigned food categories, responsible for new product commercialization, cost reduction, sustainability, and omnichannel performance. Our product packaging must work across all Grocery channels, including WFM stores, Amazon Fresh, and Same Day Grocery. You will work backwards from customer needs to optimize packaging that protects product quality, reduces damage, and meets financial targets. You will develop deep expertise in the materials within your categories, and build relationships with Private Brand suppliers and their packaging partners.
