**JOB SUMMARY** The Special Projects Manager supports ACT Power Services by providing Project Management for issues \& opportunities that fall outside of the normal scope of Field Service Technicians. This manager utilizes a network of subcontractors and internal resources to help cultivate and execute comprehensive creative \& prompt solutions to issues or tasks that arise, acting as the SME on uncommon and complex issues. *This role is hybrid, partly based in the field and the ACT Power Services main office location. Employees share work between customer sites where ACT Power Services provides Operations \& Maintenance services. Travel to other sites across the United States may be required based on operational and business needs.* **DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES** * Receive and respond to Special Projects requests as assigned * Manage projects through the project life cycle from initiation to final completion. * Provide planning, quotation, budget, schedule, contractor coordination, administration, oversight, and tracking for accepted Special Projects * Provide regular updates to Special Project stakeholders including weekly meetings with Field Service Managers and clients * Track a...
