**SALES \& CLIENT OUTREACH SPECIALIST** **Remote \| Full\-Time \| Base Salary \+ Commission** Phoenix Equity Group is looking for an experienced, highly motivated **Sales \& Client Outreach Specialist** to join our growing team. **ABOUT PHOENIX EQUITY GROUP** Phoenix Equity Group is a real estate services company specializing in foreclosure surplus recovery. We identify former property owners who may be entitled to excess funds generated from the foreclosure sale of their property and help them navigate the process of recovering those funds. **THE ROLE** This is a **sales and client acquisition position** for someone who is confident on the phone, persistent with follow\-up, highly organized, and comfortable working toward measurable sales targets. You will be responsible for managing prospective clients from the **initial phone call through signed agreement**.
