In this position, you will coordinate and manage clinical research studies from start to finish, ensuring compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards. Responsibilities include recruiting, screening, consenting, educating, and monitoring study participants; coordinating study activities and timelines; preparing IRB submissions; maintaining accurate research data and databases; and supporting regulatory compliance. The Research Nurse serves as a key liaison between participants, families, investigators, research teams, and study sponsors while managing multiple research protocols in a dynamic healthcare environment.
