Running a great shift, kitchen, or department is hard, valuable work. This role is something else. Our General Manager leads four Directors, who lead Assistant Directors, who lead the teams serving thousands of guests every week. You will rarely be the one fixing the problem in front of you. You will be the one who built the people and systems that fix it — and you will be measured on whether they do. If you have done that before, at scale, we want to talk.
