Overview: **Description** Assists with project planning and ensure that established work scope, study protocol, and regulatory requirements are prepared and followed. Collaborates with staff and other clinical professionals to accomplish department objectives. Oversees and coordinates the provision of administrative and staff services to investigators, develops and maintains record keeping systems and procedures. May supervise personnel engaged in testing and research. Responsibilities: **Job Requirement** Engages in continuing education of research policies/guidelines and educates faculty and staff as necessary. Perform basic molecular genetic techniques (nucleic acid isolation, PCR, sequencing, etc.) Perform next\-generation sequencing (extraction, library prep, etc.). Assign research protocols and other research related tasks to personnel with consideration to, aptitude and patient load. Assess and reassign job duties for research personnel as necessary Assume responsibility for coordinating at least 1\-2 studies, scheduling and conducting research visits, completing, CRF's and handling all other study related activities as needed.
